North Allegheny went undefeated on the day to win the 12-team North Allegheny Tournament, held Oct. 21. The Tigers went 6-0 in pool play, then beat Armstrong, 26-24 in the semifinals, and Oakland Catholic, 25-17, 25-21 in the title match.
