North Allegheny claimed the team title at the 8-team Upper St. Clair, held Sept. 9. The Tigers posted a 6-0 record in pool play, then beat Hempfield, 2-0 in the semifinals, and Oakland Catholic, 2-1 in the title match. UPPER ST.
