He also ran Cross Country this past fall and was a wide receiver on the football team for three years prior to that. Zach will be attending Slippery Rock University in the fall and intends to play for their mens volleyball club team. He rarely misses an off-season workout and competes at a high level on a daily basis. We talk a lot about work ethic in practice and no one out works Zach Horensky. At just six feet tall Zach has the ability to dominate the middle of the court due to his 36" vertical leap. Although of a slender build he is very strong and hits the ball hard, frequently at or around ten feet from the net. Zach's play is intense and I know he sets an excellent example for his younger siblings. Zach has been an important part of our strong start this spring and the growth of Seton Volleyball over the last two seasons. He was a key player in our North Hills Tournament first place finish this past weekend. |
