Quotes from Quaker Valley coach Mike Vavrek: "Maddie is very dedicated and passionate about the sport of volleyball. She is someone who brings a lot of intensity and energy with her every day. As one of the most outgoing and vocal players on this team, Maddie was one of our leaders this year. She is a fiery player that helped to keep this team energized. Maddie took big steps this year in becoming an all around better volleyball player. She led us in kills and attempts this year. She had over 200 more attempts this year than the girl in 2nd place. She finished this year with 60 more kills than she had last year."
