Freeport wins Plum Tournament

Freeport won the 12-team Plum Tournament, held Sept. 14. The Yellow Jackets won their pool, then advanced to the title game with wins over Brentwood, 1-0 in the quarterfinals, and Deer Lakes, 1-0 in the semifinals. In the title game, Freeport beat host Plum.
