Southmoreland wins West Greene Tournament

Southmoreland won the West Greene Tournament, held Sept. 7. The Scotties posted a 6-2 record in pool play, then advanced to the finals with wins over Mapletown, 25-18 in the quarterfinals, and Chartiers-Houston, 25-17, 25-17 in the semifinals. In the title match, Southmoreland needed three sets to defeat Albert Gallatin, 25-16, 19-25, 15-7.
