Name: Sydney Williams High School: Derry Grade: 11 Position: Libero Background Info: Williams has been the starting libero the past two seasons at Derry. She currently leads the team in digs. She played volleyball her 7th, 8th, 10th grade years in addition to this season. Besides playing volleyball, she has been playing competitive soccer on various traveling teams. She is a very athletic and determined player who continues to improve each and every day in practice and games. She is a very team-oriented player with a very feisty determination. She demands a great deal from herself and you can see that in how she plays.
