Quotes from North Catholic coach Stacie Ball: "Richard is a hard worker at practice, and works year round to perfect his craft. He is involved in sand leagues during the summer and has played for club volleyball teams every winter. He sets the tone on the court as a leader, pulling the team together in between points. He positively coaches on the court by helping to guide other players who are not as experienced in the sport. He has transformed this high school program into a AA Wpial championship contender."
