As a freshman, he started as an outside hitter but moved to libero this year because of his strong defensive play and passing abilities. He leads the team in digs and is the highest rated passer on the team. His defensive play has helped the Eagles to a 6-2 record in the city to position the team to make a playoff run for the City Championship. He plans to play club volleyball this year in addition to return to the Eagles.
