Seneca Valley wins Canon-McMillan Tournament

Seneca Valley opened the 2022 season by winning the 11-team Canon-McMillan Tournament. The Raiders earned the top seed in the playoffs by posting a 6-0 record in pool play. In the playoffs, they beat Chartiers Valley, 25-12 in the quarterfinals; Canon-McMillan, 25-20 in the semifinals; and North Hills, 25-20 in the title game.
