Beaver wins MAC Big Schools Tournament

Beaver Area won the 12-team MAC Big Schools Tournament, held Sept. 13 at Beaver High School. The Bobcats placed first in their pool, then beat Neshannock, 25-14 in the first round; Moon, 25-16 in the quarterfinals; and Hopewell, 25-18 in the title game.
