Shaler wins State College Tournament

Shaler won the 14-team State College Tournament, held Oct. 5. The Titans posted a 5-1 record in pool play, then lost to Hollidaysburg in the first round of the winners bracket. They rebounded with wins in the elimination bracket against DuBois, Bald Eagle Area, Hollidaysburg and Southern Lehigh. Shaler then beat Landisville Hempfield in the title match.
